The ground-breaking ceremony - a little early, but the excitement was simply too great

After a good two years of planning, the time has finally come: the old house has been demolished and nothing stands in the way of the construction work - except the availability of the construction companies. But to start the construction in our minds, we decided to hold a small ground-breaking ceremony. We toasted with a double magnum of cask 4 from Ott - thanks, Ali.

Balthasar Volcano made a brief appearance, but we didn't manage to photograph him. He probably wanted to take advantage of the beautiful evening to climb his local mountain, the Vormauer, and enjoy the sunset there.
