The screed is laid throughout the house. In the public areas, it is then sanded, and in the rooms, panel parquet flooring is laid and glued down.
The pipes for the underfloor heating have been laid. On the lower floor, these were laid on a fleece mat, while on the upper floor, STEICO's impact sound insulation was laid beforehand and the heating pipes attached to it.
The fill is installed and the installation pipes disappear. Loose chippings were laid on the upper floor to improve sound insulation and cement was added to the chippings in the basement.
The installation work by the company Pernkopf & Haas was completed and a huge amount of pipes and cables were installed in the floors.
The first windows were installed on February 8. A few larger ones are still missing, but will be delivered in the coming months.
