The style of Viennese Modernism is best known for the reintegration of art into everyday life. New materials, such as glass, ceramics and textiles, increasingly found their way into the arts and crafts at this time, resulting in new approaches to interior design.

The general architectural style of this era was mainly based on decorative design options, with floral and ornamental or geometric patterns setting the tone, particularly in the interior. When planning our "Illusionist" vacation apartment, we were largely inspired by this period in history as well as the creativity of the artists of the time and their understanding of design.

In order to do justice to the claim of a total work of art under this premise, the result is a thoroughly composed compromise solution consisting of a contemporary interior that corresponds to the current achievements of technology and a homage to the founders of this special design language.
