We opted for a concrete staircase from STS Fertigteile in Oberwang near Mondsee, as it fits in very well with the style of the public area (residential concrete floor, industrial style, black lacquered exposed beams, solid wood with an exposed wood surface).
It is very solid, will hardly move and therefore will not make any noise. In addition, this type of staircase is relatively inexpensive.
As the prefabricated parts are in high demand at the moment, we had slight delays in delivery, but the quarantine measures made them even longer anyway.
