The joy is great, because after several years of planning, something is finally happening. The old house at Au 81 is now being demolished from the inside out. We have decided to separate the building materials ourselves with the help of the Salzkammergut Education Center. This will allow us to ensure that the materials are sorted properly and also save costs by separating the waste properly.
All materials in the house and - where present - on the façade must be removed. Wood, mineral wool, polystyrene, cork, Eternit, Heraklith ... everything has to be dismantled by hand and disposed of in the waste containers and bins provided for this purpose. These are then collected and disposed of by the Nierlich company, which also carries out the subsequent demolition of the house.
