Balthasar Volcano’s holiday apartments are located in St. Wolfgang am Wolfgangsee.

Situated a little above the village, the house is unfortunately not easily accessible by public transport. Nevertheless, the environment will thank you if you still travel in public.

The nearest train stations are in Bad Ischl (17 km) and Salzburg (50 km).

There are two bus stops in the village, St. Wolfgang Markt is about 10 minutes away by foot and St. Wolfgang Au is about 20 minutes away by road.

If you do decide to travel by car:

From Munich – Salzburg: via A1 – exit Thalgau and via Hof, Fuschl, St. Gilgen, Strobl to St. Wolfgang.

From Vienna – Linz: via A1 – exit Regau and via Gmunden, Ebensee, Bad Ischl, Strobl to St. Wolfgang.

From Graz: via the A9 – exit Liezen and via Stainach Irdning, Bad Mitterndorf, Bad Aussee, Bad Ischl, Stobl to St. Wolfgang.
